How we create endless engaging contents with limited features?
Horizon Hotels & Suites are a subsidiary of Cheung Kong Property Holdings and offer a unique residential experience for Hong Kong’s families, couples and world travellers through flexible long-term accommodations. All suites are fully furnished with spacious home-style layouts and amenities that are enhanced by premium hotel facilities and services. Famitel Living was the platform we created when we took over the account in 2014. With the objective of blending the cosiness of home with the comforts of a hotel, in 2018, we helped the brand adopt the unique theme of [社區好 家就更好] on Facebook communications , the rationale being that a good and established community, in tandem with places of interests and cultural heritage, are essential for home builders and important to young families as weekend destinations and leisurely discoveries, as well as Hong Kong-based expats who prefer to experience life like a local. The monthly calendar was strategically constructed by Twohundred’s content team to address and target individual hotel characteristics, locations, appeals and diverse interest groups. All content, including research, reporting, interviews, photography, copywriting, design and production, scheduling, ad boosting, daily patrolling and monitoring was handled in-house by Twohundred.
Our effort leads us to an encouraging result. Fan base had increased in a percentage closed to two folds in 2 years. Engagement rate was significantly high. The minimal likes acquired for the least performed posts still exceeded hundreds.
